Jazmin Scout Rose was born in Indiana. Her father leaving her family when she was only a year old and her older brother being three. Her mother needing an imcom married a man that later bacame abusive of her and her older brother. In their early teenage years they soon learned the existances of their real father this caused them to change their last names from Bailey to Rose.
