Being a white police officer in Southern California in the late 1980's cast a dark shadow across Chastity Armstrong. Far too many violent crimes had occurred in the city, at the hands of law enforcement. The already violent city was splitting and cracking fast, however Chastity believes in equal rights and is determined to bring respect back to the Compton Police office's name while helping the innocent people being targeted.

Chastity would've never guessed that on her first day she would encounter a run in with an up and coming rap group known as NWA. After standing up for the members against her fellow law enforcement she catches the eye of a particular NWA member. However they are near polar opposites and it seems ludicrous that a white police officer would date a so called gangster.

But being out of place racially is the least of chastity's worries with all that surrounds NWA and the violence that ensues after several police brutality cases.

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly. "How so?" he asked, glancing at her. "I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare." He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that." OR Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
