Horror is an interesting person, and by far the most difficult genre to get ahold of.
It took me forever to convince him to sit down and have an interview with me, and most of the questions he answered by physically showing me what he wanted me to feel from him.
He made me mourn, he made me panic, he made me feel lonely, he intensified my fears.
I almost feel sorry for him now, because he can't feel love, or compassion. Just...a cold and pale creature; strong, bloodthirsty.
His eyes hold all of the pain hiding in this world. He made me curious, and I paid for that curiosity in full.
He showed me the souls of fallen heroes, screaming in the dark. He showed me what it feels like to be helpless to a force I can't control.
He wrote me a narrative to read.
It's perfect writing material, if tamed correctly.
Compilation of stuff I wrote in 2015-16. I was 13 or 14 years old at the time, so it's interesting to look back on it sometimes. It's marked as complete, but I've left some things unfinished because I don't remember remember my plans for them.

Book two of my Herald of Death Trilogy
My fate was planned that much I know. I was born to be a Reaper but I disregarded my fate for most of my life out of the fear that I would never uphold to the status of being a Herald of Death. I feared of disappointing my friends, my parents, and most of all grandparents. I mean really when your father is the Grim Reaper you understand why I feared of following in my families footsteps. I didn't want to let them down.
My grandmother Morrigan the Celtic Reaper of War and Fate had other plans, though I doubt she realized how important the day my father became a Reaper of Death would mean for the rest of world.
You see before you can get to my story of how I became a Reaper of Death I first have to tell you of how my father became the Grim Reaper. It is a tale best heard in the dark of night within a empty Tavern as a thunderstorm rages on outside with the errie tune of piano playing solemenly in the background.
Now that I've got your attention I suggest you listen closely to all you hear. As the cold chills go up your spines while the story progresses into the dark and eerie realm of supence and mystery don't say I didn't warn you because this isn't for the faint of heart. So without further ado allow me to regale you all in the spine chilling tale of romance, suspence, and mystery of the origins of how my father became the Grim Reaper and of how I ultimately became a Herald of Death.
