Pamphonelle walked across the grassy field wearing an all in one dress. Each pleat of the skirt tickled with grass. She looked across the field, up in at the sky as the dark storm clouds loomed overhead. She didn't mind if it rained, but not now. The mortal child she wanted to visit would not be allowed outside. Pamphonell raised both her arms and said, " divine mother, the Lady upstairs withhold you waters! " Flicking both her wrists as she did so. The storm clouds dwindled as if they were evaporating from the sky. Even though the fierce winds howled madly. No rain, thunder or lightening would come. Sure it was unnatural weather. But Pamphonell liked exercising her power. Especially on the occasion when she took an interest in humans.
