“Have you ever felt like someone is watching you, planning to kidnap you, make you do things against your will, like you want to scream HELP but you know that even if you do, no one will be able to hear you, well that’s how I felt walking home through an alley-way in the middle of a crisp November night from my friend’s house. I had no jacket on, I was walking barefoot because I had dumped my shoes in the trash, a cell phone that had died on me and the cold wind echoing in my ears. I could hear the howls of wolves, the tiny specks of grass moving underneath me, cars zooming past me like they were in a race and house lights going off. It felt like I was seeing things for the first time, then all of a sudden, I blacked out. Then the next thing you know I’m in a hospital bed trying to figure out what’s going on when all of my memories come flooding back into my head, like I’m watching a movie in full speed.”
