Serenity Malcolm is 16 and has been able to project herself into other dreams for three years. She's never known how, but it happens every night. She doesn't need sleep when she's in someone else's dreams, but soon she'll realise that she's not alone. There's others like her. Drom is one of them. A half-breed from the dream dimension. They both are, but half-breeds never get their powers. Somehow Serenity did.
