Ella had lost her memories from her previous visit to Neverland, but her father didn't. He goes back to take revenge on Peter and has made Ella hate the sound of his name. THIS is how he would get his revenge, by making his one true love turn on him. Ella is queen of Neverland because she was the first born on the land. This makes her even more powerful than Pan himself.
