Skylar is dead and has almost no recollection of a time before his death.

We begin in the small seaside town of silvis where, as far as Skylar is concerned, demons and ghosts run amok (despite the fact that to the rest of the world this town is simply mundane). He has practically no memory of his life before death and can only gather information from the necromancer, a strange man with matted silver hair, clad in a long ripped cloak covered with jewels and gems of all descriptions.

With help from the necromancer Skylar is able to obtain information about the world he now has to live in but, could learning the secrets of this corrupted realm, leave him in a state even worse than dead?

The first of three curses was fulfilled. The town of Ceginia is no more, having succumbed to the Lich King's Heart Rot curse. Sei is still bound and obligated to finish two more curses for Zhil, a mage who learned the forbidden soul magic and forced a contract with him. They escaped almost unscathed from a group of mage hunters, who had been hunting for Zhil for many years, in the aftermath of Ceginia. Suffering from Zhil's poor handling of Sei's ghost magic, they both fell into a state of magical exhaustion. Sei is taunted by the nightmare of his rebirth into the Bleeding King, only to awaken to the news of the elusive Weeping King, another lich, being sighted around his realm. Sei and Zhil must return to find out what he wants before heading to Gytuana. The city where magic lives and the next curse in Zhil's contract. PREVIEW: Perhaps it was because Sei only managed an hour of sleep or perhaps because his mind was in disarray, he didn't sense the void steadily circling him. Hidden out of sight and biding their time until it was the right moment to strike. Muted by the ambiance of the landscape around it, a low twang of a bowstring hummed. Lofting its arrow forward at high speed. Penetrating through the air the wind gave no heed to its destination. The moment before it struck, Sei turned his head finally sensing the danger. But slow to judge the distance, he failed to get out of the way in time, allowing the arrow to slice across the front of his eyes, bathing his world in darkness. Indigo Shadow - Hemlock

28 parts Complete Mature

It's fate that they found each other. Indigos are naturally drawn to one another through the threads of destiny. And for Hemlock Godfree, that's exactly what he is... an Indigo. Even if he doesn't know it yet. As a part time ghost hunter and full time freak of nature, Hemlock sees a lot of weird shit. Especially for a small town in Wyoming, Hemlock wonders why every wandering soul is drawn to him; seeking answers, begging for peace. Well, so is he. But one day, he, his big brother Ange, and best friend Jacoby are invited to investigate the paranormal in a ghost town in the middle of the mountains named Howling. Creepy. The town's caretaker, Brigid Gibson, is hiding something... Something that could potentially be life changing. There Hemlock meets Loretta, the ghost of a young woman brutally murdered by her fiancé in the 1800s, and soon he finds his soul intertwined with hers. Why are they linked? Why can she only move to the Afterlife if Hemlock helps her? Not to mention now that she's attached to him, Hemlock has visions of Death following his every move, replaying the traumas he's experienced all his life. Soon, Hemlock will find out why he is different, so very painstakingly different... Even if it means coming face to face with Death itself.
