Alexia Maine has awoken from a coma of almost two years after being in a car crash.
She discovers that the world she thought was real, was simply a figment of her imagination, a world her mind created in her sleep.
She doesn't remember anyone from the real world, not even the love of her life, who is determined to make her fall in love with him again, whilst also trying to shield her from her parents' lies.
Now Alexia must learn to love her new world, the real one, whilst trying to uncover the truth, and find the person she wants to be.
