A tough decision....... means life and death...... when someone has to be left behind..... when it comes down to saving lives...... only three of the four injured can be saved..... who gets left behind to face the Alpa pack....... Cora was taken by the Alpas...again.....while rescuing her..... Stiles, Issac, Allison are injured..... plus Cora is severely beaten and hurt....... only Derek and a hurt Scott to save the pack...... Scott can carry one packmate due to injuries...... Derek can carry two of them.....who has to be left...... they have to decide and run as fast as they can...... the Alphas are coming and they are furious......
