The Case of The Cobalt Killer

There have been a string of murders recently in Rapid City West Dakota, with nothing to go on but cobalt gemstones. RCPD has no choice but to send their best detectives to try and put this killer behind bars. Only problem is, one is a respectable detective, and the other is a hated serial killer.
