It's summer of 2009, and Phil is casually watering the plants in the park at 1 a.m. when a celestial being named Dan falls from the heavens and into his life. Having no idea what to do, he decides to take care of him. As their lives start to intertwine, and an angry father coming their way, Phil will have to decide to either stay with his soul mate or to let him go and find his home among the stars.
