This story starts when Amy comes home from Europe, but Amy is not the Amy who left Heartland 4 months ago. This Amy is like the original Amy when she was 15/16, more outspoken, won't be pushed around and she'll stand up for herself which Lou will discover herself. The night of the Party that Ahmed put on showed Ahmed that she had changed. Amy had 4 months with no Family bossing her around or trying to control her, which Lou seemed to enjoy as she was better and smarter than the rest of the family as far as she thought. The Family were very well off, Jack Bartlett and his wife Lyndy ran a large Cattle Farm, Lyndy was a Singer/Song Writer, between them they were worth about 10 Million US Dollars, Amy's Mother Marion ran a Horse Rescue/Rehabilitation Ranch and worth about 4 Million US Dollars.
