Anika May Episcopo is afraid to be blind. She fears that her life will be changed forever. And it will, but not in the way she thought it would. Anika's blind journey reveals to be filled with more colors than she ever suspected. Live the story of a 15 year old high school girl who has retinitis pigmentosa, a hereditary eye disorder and she has the worst case that any doctor has ever seen. To make matters worse, there is no known cure, which means Anika will be fully blind in six months. But one more thing makes her journey unique. When Anika hears a sound it makes a shape, a color, a movement. Letters connect to numbers through colors. She has synesthesia. Will not being able to see stop her? Or will it motivate her? Even though Anika is blind can her mind still see?

Sensites

The government thought They were helping. Little do they know the experiments failed on a group of teenagers. Anika, Trouble, Maria, Martin, Allan, and Cathy all thought they were normal until they meet by chance on a train heading for the final test to prove the cure is worth it. What they didn't expect was for each station to be of only one sense. Not the horrible truth that will confront them when they find out the cure isn't what it appears to be and they've been marked a hazard to society. Will they make it past the six stations or are they doomed to become the truth long forgotten? Copyright 2014 some mature subject matter at times.
