Anika May Episcopo is afraid to be blind. She fears that her life will be changed forever. And it will, but not in the way she thought it would. Anika's blind journey reveals to be filled with more colors than she ever suspected. Live the story of a 15 year old high school girl who has retinitis pigmentosa, a hereditary eye disorder and she has the worst case that any doctor has ever seen. To make matters worse, there is no known cure, which means Anika will be fully blind in six months. But one more thing makes her journey unique. When Anika hears a sound it makes a shape, a color, a movement. Letters connect to numbers through colors. She has synesthesia. Will not being able to see stop her? Or will it motivate her?
