Bliss Smoak, younger sister to Felicity Smoak. Bliss knew that her sister was in Starling City, the neighboring city to the one she's currently occupying; Central City. But, she didn't want Felicity to know that she was living so close to her.

Bliss was running. Well, more like hiding. She was hiding from her sister, and from her mother. She didn't want them to know where she was. So, Bliss bought an apartment in Central City and she got a job. She was going to settle and have a life without her family in it; a new start, you could say.

On the night of the turning on of the particle accelerator, Bliss was walking home after getting a big cup of coffee from Jitters when she heard a loud explosion; and that's when her cup was on the street next to her unconscious body. When Bliss came to two weeks later in S.T.A.R. Labs, she never thought that she would have powers, or be called a meta-human.

Bliss never thought that she would be fighting crime with a scarlet speedster.
