When the young and brilliant engineer, Fiddleford H. McGucket gets attacked by a terrifying creature while doing work with his friend, Ford starts to fear for the future safety of Fiddleford. Another Fiddauthor fic because I'm lowly trash and this fandom requires more Fiddauthor fanfics. This one is a mix of a few ideas such as Ford and Fidds raising Tate, some stuff with Bill, etc. {There are mentions of abuse and homophobia, along with divorce and custody troubles, Bill being suggestive and a jerk, etc, so if that stuff bothers you, there's your warning.} Guess I should also say this is inspired partially by the official Gremloblin page of Journal 3. Which also means a lot of it will be disproven by Jounal 3 :') Cover art by tortoisefeet'16 on Tumblr.

Upon cracking out of his stone shell, Bill opened his golden eyes to meet those of his old work partner: Stanford Pines. The last thing he could recall was a fuzzy image of Ford in Stanley's suit, the twin posing as Ford sticking out his hand to make a deal. Oh god. How was he going to fix this? In hindsight, taking over the realm Ford lived in was a little bit overkill just to get a date with him. The older man lingering in front of him blinked in shock, before grimacing at the sight of him. "Bill."
