Everything here will make you think. This is my poetry book. I use it as a coping mechanism that was recommend by my therapist and I thought I would share in case it may resonate with someone else.
Caution may cause triggering for depression, Self harm, or even rape/Abuse I also might swear.
Check the chapter on the warnings before reading for what contains what. Can be happy, or sad.
I have a messed up past and a beautiful life I'm trying to make it through. To do that I must get rid of this negative emotion stored in my brain.

This is for anyone that can't put there thoughts and feelings into words. Whether it be at your best, worst, most beautiful, or most tragic times. These poems will remind you of them. Or so I hope. Because I mean Shit Happens.
