When Maisie Martin and her boyfriend went to DragonCon 2016, she didn't expect to actually meet the creator of the game. She also didn't expect to see an actual dragon that wants to talk to HER. The girl from the middle of nowhere. 
The dragon approaches her with a quest eerily similar to the beginning one to game, which drags her into a world that she never knew existed, filled with dragons, ogres, and an evil witch named Celine that wants to take over the realm.
Armed with a brand new magical dagger and accompanied by a neon pink dragon, a teenage ogre, and of course, her boyfriend Daniel, she sets out to save the people. And maybe get a good snack too.
