If you were born into an apocalypse and survived, even though you've lost everyone who took care of you growing up as a child wouldn't you turn crazy too? If you are one of these children then you got trouble coming your way. This is a story about Alecks, a 15 year-old trouble-maker who thinks about nothing but escape. She has no friends whatsoever because all of the other kids have been so brainwashed by the adults who run the Institution/Safehouse  that escape is as bad as saying that you have Schizophrenia or something and that the voices are telling you to kill everyone and you actually wanna listen. It's pretty bad. If it weren't for Alecks' half-demon butler, Luci, then she would be just like the other children, running around in a simulated version of the Earth where everything seems safe when it really isn't... The air released into the simulation is actually Anesthesia in mist form. Some kids wake up missing a tooth. Others wake up in a blinding light, never to return again...All Rights Reserved
