Rosie Howlter was as prim and proper as it got. Pale, lightly freckled skin, soft, baby blue eyes, and the biggest head of golden ringlets you would ever see. She was adopted by her two fathers, Daniel and Philip Howlter, when she was just a baby. She never quite knew where she came from or why she was here. She has one brother, Donavan, and a sister named Mica. 

Chelsea Jameston was rough, tough, but always had a soft spot for her best friend Rosie. She was extremely tan, of Mexican descent, with dark chocolate hair and mossy-log brown eyes. She was adopted by an interracial lesbian couple, Rebecca and Juliet Jameston. All they've done is make her life better.

When they were young, it was innocent adventures. When they were tweens, their story got darker. When they were teenagers...well...they finally find out, when pushed to the limits, how strong their bond truly was.
