This story follows a girl named Jadeline Tater, an Abnormal 7th grader who faces a life without being able to love. Ever since Tot committed suicide, Jadeline's life has been lost and found. In her school, there are 2 groups, the Abnormals and the Populars. Being an Abnormal, life has been hard for her. 
    
    Then, when she gets in conflict with her friends, Popular-Julie happily invites her to join the Populars, she accepts
     the  and leaves her friends behind. Does she make the right choice, though? Will being a Pop give her a fatal situation?
