Lombardy, a region of Italy wherein both culture, and industry are in it's highest. Being both the powerhouse of industry, and economy as well as being diverse in cultural heritage.

But in Lombardy, there lies a large establishment where the strongest, most brutal, and cunning mafia members follow the orders of one man, one leader, Alfred Monarch.

The don of the strongest mafia, and the founder of the cigarette corporation, "Devil's Den." Which is oddly enough, the name of his mafia.

Though he might be the center of the story, he is not, one of his new found members, Isabelle Martello will be the one who shines in the spotlight.

We follow her life, her struggles, her past, and her life as one of the Mafia members of Devil's Den.
