They can't eat anything else humans can't fight them with normal means they all have strength and speed beyond a human's. They even have extra limbs called Kagune a special police force was created to stop ghouls and protect humans. The Commission of Counter Ghoul the CCG for short or as the ghouls call them Doves based off the white coats that they wear.
