Hiccup was raised to believe that all alphas are dangerous. The only thing they want is to take advantage of a weak omega, with no regards for your feelings at all. So Hiccup avoids alphas at all times, and spends his heats at an abandoned cabin in the woods, far from any greedy alphas. Jack is new in town, starting his own practice as a psychologist, and recovering from a really traumatizing incident with his little cousin. He's getting some really harsh treatment from his neighbors though, which is really not appreciated. As a psychologist, he will find out. One way or another. Ethan had always been an outsider, a lone wolf among predators. Cast out by his pack, hunted by those who once called him family, he was a creature of survival, not trust. That was until he crossed paths with Logan, an alpha whose strength was matched only by his unyielding belief in fate. As their worlds collided, sparks flew, a bond neither could deny was forming-a bond of mates. But for Ethan, surrendering to Logan's claim meant confronting the shadows of his past, and the very fear of belonging that had kept him running. What neither expected was that their fate, intertwined by destiny, would force them to choose not just each other, but a future neither had ever dared to imagine.
