[This is a Bucky Barnes "Winter Soldier" x Reader fanfiction]
(This event occurs after Captain America: Civil War with an alternate ending where Bucky Barnes chose not to freeze himself)
Unexpected things has happened past these years and those events costs many lives, including that one co-worker you bear feelings for him.
But now that things have changed and they expect you to be professional as one of S.H.I.E.L.D's top agents, they have assigned you to dig up the past of The Winter Soldier by the will of Captain America and to hide your vengeful feelings for the Soldier, and you are assigned to do the task with the Soldier himself.
But as you are prepared to be, things do not go that well.
