The old man walked to his desk and pulled out a key. He handed it with a scowl to his nephew. "You don't know what you're doing," he muttered angrily. The nephew just smiled. "Oh, I do know what I'm doing," Blaze, the nephew said. "You know the stories of the dead and only the head of greek empire can have... this key," Eldorf said which is the uncle of Blaze. "You know that the one to open the gate is the one to control!" "How do you.." "Ever read old man, it's in Hades Gospel!" "Blaze, that book is forbidden!" "Does it look like I care old man!" said Blaze as he jabs the key in the slot and opens the gate. "What have you done Blaze!" "Now my skeleton friends, protect and serve your savior and king!" Now Eldorf can only hope that the message for young Dagon will make it. Meanwhile... where Dagon lives. "Dagon it's a scroll for you," said the delivery boy. "Who is it from," asked Dagon in curiosity. "That's the confusing part. It was given to me by a man in a draping cloak in the alley of one of my delivery stops." "Odd. What does it say?" "I couldn't read it," said the delivery boy, "they'd fire me for sure!" "Oh well, that would make sense." Dagon said, "well, let me read it." As he scans the scroll his mouth drops and the delivery boy gets curious. When Dagon has a vision, it told him to be quiet. He thought he should not tell him the truth so he'd have to lie. "Oh, it's nothing. Just my brother wants to come over. That's all." "Oh, but then why the creepy cloak?" "Oh, I forgot to mention his old cloak got ruined so he got a new winter cloak." "But why?" "Hey, sorry I've got to go, and I need to get the house cleaned. Yep, bye," said Dagon as he jumps into his house. "Well, that was strange. I better keep doing the delivery route though," said the delivery boy said to himself as he trotted on to finish his route.

"You think I give a shit about everyone else in Prythian if it's your life on the line?" Azriel snapped. Eclipse's eyes watered and she looked away in frustration. Azriel reached forward and grabbed her chin forcing her to look at him. Eclipse's breath caught in her throat at the intensity of his stare. "If it's you or Prythian, I will light the fucking fires myself and burn it all to the ground." "Az-" she breathed softly staring into his hazel eyes. "No. I waited 500 years for this, for you, and if you think that I will ever be okay with spending one Cauldron damned second of this life without you from this point forward, then you are sorely mistaken." He stared deeply into her eyes. "If you.. Mother.... If you die Eclipse there's no fucking point to anything. Mate or not you are the light of my life. Nothing makes sense without you, it's all just blood and shadow without you and I can't, I won't go back to that. So if you go, then I'm following right behind." What if, hear me out, but what if Rhysand's sister hadn't been the youngest of his blood relations. What if, before her death she had been married off to the heir to the Day Court? What if they had a daughter? Born somewhere in between the day and night, a bridge between the courts. Powers from both. An affinity to control the light and dark, an intuition so keen she had never been wrong a day in her life, an affinity for magic and spells so strong she could rival her father, known by many names. The Warrior Princess, the Candle in the Dark, Daydreamer, Eclipse; Spell Weaver.
