Blue Hearts 2k16 (My Collection of Poems And Short Stories)
This is a collection of some poems and short stories that I've written. This was actually an assignment in class, but I thought I wanted to share it with everybody. (I'm really sorry, I'm not very good with writing poems and I can only write in repetition.) In this collection, I will be writing about the things that I see around me, or the things that I feel at the moment, so I will tend ramble a bit. This book is a poem book of my life pretty much. Its my thoughts and emotions spoken in a different suppossed to be more emotional and deeper way then just looking at what happened and crying about it. What happened can never be fixed but I won't let those people go by un-noticed and I hope karma sincerely kicks them in more then the ass someday. I don't wish pain upon no one but I do crave for them to just UNDERSTAND what they made me feel since they all walked away without a scrape, just a smirk on all their faces in the end. Or they're narcassistic. Theres also letters to people who I still think of to this day that will probably never read them but you guys still hold a special place in my heart. Poetry's Tale to Tell
One sample of my work (Note not all poems will be so serious, some are story like others are light hearted): "Every day, something happens... Someone gets bullied, Just because "They're different" "Nerdy" "Annoying" "Have no sense of fashion..." All those things are of unimportance...! Everyone has a choice, Don't let what someone says, change it! You could stand down... Watch as the victim pleads for help... That's the easy path, But is it the right one? Do you want that on your consciousness? The pain can be so bad... It takes a life... Then it's too late, Regret becomes your best mate... A depressing thought... Although. It doesn't have to be that way...! YOU can make it change! Stand tall, speak loud, Stand up for what is right! That one action... Can save a life...! You could make a friend, A REAL friend. Spread awareness and Right the wrong! Be brave! For those who suffer... You're not alone...! If there's no knight to slay The evil demons away... Find it within you, to be strong! If you get no help, save yourself! You deserve happiness, and it will come! For karma never forgets you! Nor your enemies... Once it comes around, it will go around... Pain Reconciled by Love
This book is published on amazon.com. I put it on here for Wattpadders to read for free! Have you ever felt so much emotional pain that you just wanted to end it all? Have you ever felt so much physical pain that you thought death was nearer than you had hoped for? Maybe you have felt one, but not both, or maybe you have felt both. These poems were written for those who have felt pain like no other. You may be your own worst enemy, but you are also your own best friend. Sometimes, no one is there to help you get up off that floor, so it is up to you to help your own self. Once you find that you can take care of yourself, you can take care of and love others. Humans need love to survive. If we didn't have love, we'd all be robots and simply not human. The love doesn't have to be from a significant other. Maybe it's from a best friend or close family member? Just know that we are all in this game of life together. So, let's live it with love. I had entered the deepest depths of pain and agony. I had given up on my life. I tried to end my life, and I would have been successful. Three people saved me that day, at the end of 2017. First, was myself. I had to come to terms with who I was and turn it all back around. I had to lean on my Creator, who was my second life saver. Jesus came to my aid and saved my life after I tried to take it. The third person who saved me was my husband. Before we met I would have died, but he needed me just like I needed him. I am alive for him, for my two sons, for myself, and for my Heavenly Father. "I couldn't make it stop, Until I met my rock. So, here are my words of wisdom, "Pain reconciled by love" is my rhythm." There is hope. There is a purpose to this life. Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... It's Okay to Use Your Big Girl Voice
Inside you will find a mixture of both, extremely RAW and refreshingly HEALING accounts of my personal war with my past. Unfortunately, Childhood sexual abuse is far too common, and many of share similar experiences. Looking back, what I could have used more than anything was someone to tell me "You're not alone, there is a lightness through the darkness, you can heal from this and most importantly don't EVER stop telling your story to make others comfortable". I've learned that silence is the best weapon for a predator, and I for one, have never been really good at doing what I'm told. I don't intend on starting now. I wear my scar as reminder that I hold the power in my own story, it is mine to tell and I won't make myself sick keeping quiet because my truths are hard to swallow, other people's comfort is not my problem. My Goal is rather simple, to let the readers know, they too are not alone. If you are a survivor, even if you still feel like a victim, this is my personal message to you. "You are strong, and it wasn't your fault. Tell someone... tell anyone...tell everyone... We shift from victims to survivors when we speak up and tell our stories. There's nothing wrong with you, and the light will shine again.
