In UCLA, she practically spends most of her time in the library rather than the very classes she's supposed to take.

Under his past bad boy reputation, lies a lurking book lover that only his best friend knows about. He gets an envelope seeing his results of he made it to UCLA or not and see where the wind takes him.

He lands himself in community service, which wasn't a surprise for some of the people that know him, but it also was. He ends up trying to get with someone, just to get his mind off of things, but he realizes Rhiya isn't going to be that easy to get.
