And in both universes, the planet was already falling apart from overpopulation and a lack of resources.  Everyone was on the brink of desperation.  So five years ago, both earths went to war.  

Noah Kindler is a freerunner and a programmer.  The other Noah Kindler is a slave - a prisoner of war from Earth Two, his freerunning days ended by a crippling war injury.
