Barry's life
Two people fall in love in unlikely circumstances. They have a lot of psychological issues and mistrusts in the order of things to prevent them from finding themselves and each other. I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued

That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. Story Ideas!!!
These were just a few ideas I had but didn't know if they were good or not, but wanted to at least show a little bit of what I came up with. Maybe some of these will become full-on stories. Others maybe something that I had trouble with an didn't want to be troubled with. And they could also be bits and pieces of a sequel story. Hopefully you'll like it. WARNING!!! One of a Kind
Milo Whitlock is as ordinary as you or me, only he has what some people would call "super powers." He refers to them, rather, as a curse. I just call them.. unusual abilities. When he and his family moves away because Milo's past is catching up to him, Milo finds that maybe he can have friends, maybe he can have a good life. But those thoughts are shattered when he and his newfound friends get kidnapped, and he is forced to use his unusual abilities if they want to get out. That's only half of Milo's problems, because with his unusual abilities comes.. an unusual side effect. Milo has a copy of himself, a clone, you may call him. And he's not very happy with Milo being content.

Their sophomore year is just about to start and they decided to go shopping for new clothes for school and end up going into a magical store that they think is a 100% normal store. In this particular store, they each find a beautiful necklace that they think represents their personality. But what they don't know is that they actually just picked up an incredible, hard responsibility to handle. There are five different elements, death, fire, water, air, and life. Who will be there to help them on their journey? Or will they just have to tackle this on their own? Will they be able to rise to the responsibility? Or will they just crash and burn?

After each finding a strange alien artifact, the teens are suddenly thrusted into an intergalactic war. Alien species everywhere are trying to hunt down the most powerful weapons in the galaxy. And they are the ones in possession of it. When they run into a girl that claims to be from another planet, the three kids learn about the power given to them and the responsibilities that come along with it. Instantly, they are the most popular people in the galaxy. And for once, popularity couldn't feel more like a curse. Fighting grudges, fear, and distrust, the Chosen humans must travel to the one place on Earth where they might be safe. And with strange new powers, the teenagers struggle to live in the unfamiliar world they thought they knew so well.

He then decides to find out the secrets that hide within it - its origins, along with why it chose him and no one else, and he won't stop until he finds the answers.
