I remember when I first saw her, it was like it was just us. We stared at each other, we were so happy. Oh she was so beautiful. My mate. My beautiful and amazing mate, but like all good things everything had to come to an end. Sometimes I ask myself, what if things had been different? What if we could have been happy. But now I know that it's useless to even bother asking because after years and years of searching, I still haven't found my dead mate.
