The story revolves around previous universes of the heisei kamen rider merging into one, something that would destroyed all the world. To prevent, a person who become transform into kamen rider decade was uezuki akihito. And is told that protect his own world he must travel with natsumi, her Grandpa and his friends called A,R world(another rider world or alternate reality world)and eliminate the anomaly in that world. Along the way, confronting the mysterious narutaki and the thief daiki kaito, they are joined by onodera of the world and of kuuga and kivala of the world kiva.
The ruler of the evil phantom empire queen mirage, beings her invasion on earth using an army of choiark and powerful monster called saiarks. All across the world, precure are dispatched to fight against the phantom empire threat. Hime shirayuki, a princess from the blue sky kingdom empire, joins as the fight as precure named cure princess,but always find herself running away scared. Given a crystal of love by alongside her, hime goes to the city of pikarigaoka and randomly throw the crystal in the air, deciding the partner up with whoever it lands upon. This person turn out to be megumi aino, a kind hearted girl always looking to help others, who is recruited by hime to fight band her side as cure lovely. Using the power the power of the precard and their changing form along cure honey, cure fortune, they form the happiness charge precure team as they given the task to collect all of the precard and defend the earth against the phantom.
