POEM COMPILATION *** Under the gaze of the moonlight, The stars asked three people that night, "What will you give in exchange for my light?" The doctor answered, "I'll give you my sight, So you will see the world in someone's eyes." The teacher said, "I'll offer you my wisdom, So you will build knowledge in your kingdom." The last one who talk only seldom, Stared at the stars with a lonely smile, "I am a poet, and I will not lie, I cannot give you a sight, nor I can be wise, I have nothing in my life but sadness only, So I offer you the RHYMES OF MY MELANCHOLY."

I am a Poet, surfing the rainbows... Squandering the few surviving winks in my dreamy eyes. I, a well accompanied loner, saunter amidst the fireflies. Like a wandering dream, my restless mind meanders, "Will the same butterflies return to the flower?" It wonders. I am the thief who thieved the fire, to set the ideas ablaze, I stole the rains too, I had to flood the despondent deserts. But Metaphors I'd just borrow, they would never be mine. Of Breaking hearts, young love, betrayal and pain. Of Mending hearts, familiar pain, unexpected hurt and aftermath. Of Healing hearts, underated heartache, pain and acceptance. Of Love, Love that is as deep sea. Pain, that knows no bounds. Strength, that exist within time, but lasts forever. Of Sadness, sadness that always returns, Of Trauma, trauma that runs in deep, and the art of dying, every time. Of Scribbles and rambles, unsaid words and sealed pain. Of Life, Love, Pain, Sadness, Trauma. Of the art of rising like a phoenix, every time. Of Anxiety and Paranoia. Of Anything bad, Of Everything good. This is a story of a girl, it's a continuous one. A story of a sad girl, very lonely, but beautiful, intelligent and strong. She's a self sabotaging narcissistic girl, but also a talented, skilled and brave girl. She is riddled with anxiety and depression, but somehow finds ways to get up each morning, thinking of beautiful things. She has loved and lost, hurt and being hurt. She has not lost herself, but she has not find herself either. This is the life of a girl, laid before you in poems and thoughts. Swoosh - a book of breezy poetry
Some of the least poetic poems you'll ever read, written by, you guessed it, me! These are some thoughts and feelings that I tried to put into words. I started writing poetry regularly back in January, so the poems in this book kind of tell the story of my life in 2018, since that's when I wrote them (except for the first seven poems, which I wrote in the summer of 2017, plus a few others that I indicate are old).
