She had been found guilty of murder, and was sentenced to life in prison. After accepting a contract to venture through "the Blacksite" in search of an anomalous crystal, Tessa's life changed in ways she could never imagine. WARNINGS: This fic starts off pretty tame, but there is mild gore and heavy swearing. Later on, around chapter 10, things start to get heavier in terms of gore and violence. There is also some pretty heavy smut. The characters are both consenting adults! :)
A Little Bit of Bad Luck
In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action. The air was thick with smoke and the atmosphere glowed orange. "You can't leave, Félix. I can't do this without you," she whispered as tears welled in her eyes. Alya and Nino hadn't come out of the building yet, and Marinette feared the worst. Tears began to spill out, streaming down her face. "I need to take your memories, Marinette," Time Capsule said. "Let's make sure none of the other versions of ourselves have to live through this future." Marinette nodded and let her extract her memories.
