And you must be Albus Dumbledore." This is the story of the two months in which Dumbledore and Grindelwald got to know each other, made plans to rule the world and fell in love with each other. It's highly researched to fit characters and dates. This is what could have actually happened based on all hints of HP7 (Dumbledore and Harry speaking) and "Phantastic Beasts". I do not own any of the characters or backstories. They are based on the work of J.K. Rowling in the Harry Potter Books and the movie series of Phantasric Beasts and where to find them. This is my first story ever to be published. English is also not my mother tongue. Secrets will unfold and confessions will occur which will lead to the fate of the wizarding world. Who, if anyone, will have a happy ending? Chapter 56: 1964, What happened after the battle and where did it leave our beloved Albus Dumbledore? What will occur at his school next I wonder... Chapters 57-58: 1981, Albus is struggling with secrets he can't tell anyone but cannot keep bottled up inside him any longer. Who can he trust to not tell anyone? Answer, Gellert Grindelwald who is locked up in Nurmengard for life after his battle with Albus but accepts his fate as in the end he has remorse Chapters 59-61: 1992-1996, Albus' yearly presents and visits to Grindelwald as a way to keep his ex-lover going in his isolating cell. They discuss what is happening outside the walls as well as things they never thought to discuss when they were together.
