Steve Rogers, otherwise known as Captain America, has been finding it a bit of a stretch adjusting to the new modern day life after being frozen for years on end. One day, he meets a young woman at a coffee shop. He buys her some coffee and the two of them casually chat for a while until she has to leave. As she walks out, she promises to repay him, though something in her eyes as she says it makes him suspicious. She's hiding something from him, and he can tell he'll be seeing her again soon, but will it be as a friendly coffee conversation like before, or will it be over something more sinister?

*Sequel to Letters* "Where the hell am I?" "Welcome to the 21st century Ms. Peterson." Pausing, Willow looked around at her surroundings slowly. "Where is he? I have to complete my mission." The women furrowed her eyebrows, frowning at Willow. "Mission?" "To kill Captain America." Willow pauses. "Stupid name isn't it?" ---- When Bucky A.K.A the Winter Soldier goes off the grid, Steve is not only distraught, but torn to pieces. S.H.I.E.L.D has fallen, it's agents have scattered. Steve has hardly a friend to turn to. It isn't until Natasha exposes one of S.H.I.E.L.D's better kept secrets that things begin to look.. Up. On the outside that is. Kept under lock and key and frozen in ice for nearly forty years, Willow is in every way, exactly how Steve remembers her. Except for one thing, the only thing she wants to do, the only thing she talks about is killing Captain America. She doesn't recognize Steve at all, doesn't remember her past, and Steve is getting awful whiplash from none of his friends remembering who he is. ---- "What the hell did S.H.I.E.L.D do to her?" Steve demanded, slamming his hand against the wall. "It wasn't S.H.I.E.L.D Steve." Natasha said trying to calm him down. "Then who?" "HYDRA, Steve." Steve is glaring at her. "Are you saying you're on my team now, Romanoff?" "What makes you think I left, Rogers?" Steve Rogers tried to isolated himself from the rest of the Avengers and the world after what he did to Tony Stark, his friend and teammate. However, after he drops Bucky off in Wakanda where he'll be safe, Steve feels more alone than ever. Natasha Romanoff is on her own. Bruce Banner is still missing, Thor is off who-knows-where doing who-knows-what, and the Avengers are scattered. Nevertheless, she's perfectly okay with being alone. She always has been. Knowing that Steve is alone, however? It worries her. And when HYDRA is involved, being alone may not be an option. --------------------------------------------------------------------- This fanfiction takes place after Civil War and before Infinity War. I am WELL aware that Avengers Endgame is probably going to invalidate every word that I write here, but whatever. I just wanted to write this. DISCLAIMER: All of these characters, despite a couple background, belong to Marvel. The story and events that take place, however, are all of my own design. I also changed a few characters (who haven't been introduced to the MCU yet) so that they'd fit the story. Reason to Stay Alive
So guys it's a Romanogers /CapWidow story including all Avengers . This follows the original MCU timeline. Starting from The Avengers to aftermath of Avengers Endgame . This will be quite similar to the Movie plots in beginning. But while moving forward the story plot will change according to my own thoughts. Romanogers: Cold as Ice
First, this is a fanfic for Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Steve Rogers/Captain America. Second, this will kind of go through the MCU timeline but not a lot. It will jump around and have some new parts. Third, I don't know everything about the Avengers but I know enough (I think). Fourth, this might have spelling errors and I'm sorry if it does. Fifth, this is meant for a little older audience so just warning this will have foul language, blood, guns, and fighting. This won't have descriptive sex scenes because i don't like writing those. This story is as the title says. It's a Tony Stark x reader fanfic. However, Pepper Potts doesn't exist. Well, she does, but for the sake of the story, she died. So, you took over as Tony's live-in assistant, you'd been working there for years and you bonded pretty quickly... I don't know how to write descriptions. Here are some notes you should know before you start reading though: 1. Obviously Pepper is dead 2. You met Tony during the events of the Avengers movie (you are an Avenger on a technicality) 3. Your abilities are: Healing, Telekinesis, and Telepathy 4. You have no parents, they died as far as your aware and you grew up in foster care (you find out more in the story) 5. You essentially took over for Pepper, being acting CEO of Stark industries, assisting Stark, falling in love with him although it was unrequited at first. Anyway, before I spoil it all, read my story, or don't, I don't care, I'm just bored :) OH ALSO the name I've used for the main character is Katie, but you're welcome to use your own name, I'm just not very creative and I'm too lazy to type out (Y/N) every two seconds, so the reader is called Katie.
