Mia is 14 years old and has lived in an orphanage home for the past 8 years. She went to the orphanage at the age of six, the police had found her hiding in her bed as they raided her house looking for her father who was one of the most wanted men in Australia for murder, drug dealing and rape. Over the years Mia has isolated herself from everyone and everything, she never goes down when people come to adopt and that's why she is still in the home. She has picked up many disorders from her loneliness and her past including anxiety, self harm, depression and anorexia, her dad raped her and abused her daily causing so much pain in her life, until one day she decided to go down when a family comes to adopt, she gets chosen. Will the new family save her or will she never recover?

(Okay, I know that this has been writing so many times over, but this is my version.) Addi is 14, an orphan and her only role models are Dan and Phil. She has a habit of self-harming. I also just want to say that this is the first story I ever completed and at the time it was hard and I was proud of my efforts, but now I hate it and cringe just thinking about it.
