'Official Fellowship of the Fans Contest'
A book dedicated to the continuing support of our colourful fandom. As fans of a fanfic writing community we should foster good cheer and encouragements to one another.
So, Gandalf's Challenge is born!
Gandalf is a wise old wizard with plenty of stories to tell, but let's not forget how he likes to help give others a little shove out the door - so they can make stories of their own adventures too.

The Hobbit is my favorite, Bilbo Baggins is my favorite along with the the three Durins. Since Legolas was in the both trilogies he was sort of my first crush. Aragorn my favorite too. Any way this story will my own view of how I would go along on this adventure etc. with Thorin Oakenshield as my love interest, being friends with everyone, a good friend & a brave fighter. The Odyssey of the daughter of the forest
In the dark forest of Mirkwood, shadows are growing, again and again. The leaves are becoming black, as the roots, and as the trees. Birds are not singing anymore. Flowers have disappeared. Even the sun has trouble to light the ground of the forest, once so alive and full of colours. A young elf with red hair is fighting every day for her people, who is retreating before its enemy, who is sending his troups from his black tower, in the south of Middle Earth. Orcs are coming, more and more numerous on their lands. The company of Thorin Oakenshield from the Blue Mountains will not succes to put an end to this invasion. Their fight will just postpone the deadline, by sacrifying many lives, and destroying many others. And by seperating for a while the path of two lovers, who are destined to meet again. Sixty years later, the elf joins the fellowship to save Middle Earth, once and for all, from the threat that are gliding above its people, for a long time. I do not own The Hobbit or LOTR. The Hobbit is what I based this story off of. A Thorin Oakenshield x OC you might really enjoy like I do, and I wrote the story! 60 years have passed since Erebor was reclaimed and the Ring of Power has been found. Lord Elrond of Rivendell has sent word to all the Kingdoms of Middle Earth to come to a meeting so that they can deal with this threat.
