"What's a Daughter of Light?" I ask.
"A Daughter of Light is someone who is chosen by the gods to help protect the worlds from the evil that seeks to destroy them. There are many worlds that as humans we are unaware off. For centuries, the evil that would seek to destroy us has been kept at a distance until now."
To prevent the destruction of this evil, a protector has been born to earth and those that seek to destroy us have discovered her arrival. This child, the first born for centuries, is unaware of her destiny and power, and the importance her life will be in the survival of our world. Those throughout history who knew of the existence of other worlds and the evil that threatens them all have all died, along with the stories of past battles.
Alone, she must discover herself, her strengths and powers in a bid to save mankind from a destruction unimaginable. This is her tale of becoming a young woman and finding her inner strength to defeat the evil that now lurks so close by. Her name is Madaline.
Madeline's life begins as a series of painful tragedies and setbacks. As she grows, Madaline comes to learn that these challenges were lessons needed for her to learn to save the world from the impending evil approaching. Her birth marked a time for change to mankind.
