Fourteen year old Charlotte (Char) Camblestin is done. She just can't handle this anymore. So she decides to jump from her attic bedroom window. Wait, something happens as she goes through that window. She finds herself in a whole new world. She meets new friends like Grelle, the mysterious hunter. Or Harlow, the cowardly wolf tamer. She may even be falling for Prince Emerson. Not to mention the fact that a friendly magician tells her that she is special. Though, she has to make a decision.
