This mug muffin is very easy and simple to make. The whole process, even cooking it, only takes about 5-10 minutes! And, you cook it in the microwave! Although you wouldn't expect the muffin have a consistency like a cake, it's actually very cake-like inside! I definitely recommend giving this recipe a try! Enjoy!
