Kirisaki Cheryl is the younger twin sister of Kirisaki Chitoge, Cheryl is living in America it's been years since she last Chitoge who is in Japan. Tsugumi is the only one who knows Cheryl because she is the childhood friends of the Kirisaki Twins.
