In the second book of the Rebel High Series, Ezra gets accepted into Rebel University as he graduates from Rebel High. There, he meets his friends and partner but also Wedge, Hobbie, and Rake. Ezra and Wedge mended their conflict during senior year of high school and Wedge is being more nice to people. Not to mention, Ezra has been friends with him for awhile now. When Ezra is stressed out from all the work and things that his professors assigned him, he feels like he can't keep up with the work but doesn't dare give up at the same time. Later in the school semester, Ezra and Sabine are walking across the football field to get to their destination when suddenly, a football is coming straight towards Sabine but Ezra catches it with one hand.
