Seventh grader, Charlotte Baker, is devastated after the loss of her best friend before she moves. How is she supposed to leave beautiful Portland, and go straight to a the city of San Francisco and start a new school, and have to make new friends. She wonders if she will ever see Jayce again. Afterall, before her friend died, they were in a fight. Somehow she feels like this is her fault. Taking a new path in life she forgets about her friend too fast and that just puts her down even more. HOW is she supposed to survive the seventh grade with new friends, new principles, new neighbors, and new boys. Is she going to ever adjust? Read the book to find out! :)

Annie's moving to Maryland at the end of this summer. It's her last month of school in L.A. It's also her last month of middle school. There are tons of events, trips and many, many test to survive before graduation. There's also Hayden, one of the things she is definitely looking forward to leaving. But with her friends; Jayden and Ruby, she's going to make the most of it. I do not own any of the characters in this story. Although this is somewhat based off of reality, any personalities depicted in this book do not ultimately represent how the person is in real life.
