On the night of her Divorce Party Ashling, a 35 yr old woman is separated from her friends and accidentally stumbles into a group of twenty something year old girls during a bar crawl. A bright light is the only thing they see as they are stolen away from all they know, in plain sight. They awake to a nightmare! They've been been taken by poachers intent on selling them at an intergalactic market. Humans are highly prized as pets, will they be saved? Will Ashling be able to protect the girls she's snagged with? Who will rescue them? Who are Shadow and Shade? Why the hell do they keep sniffing Ashling? Will she she be able to handle dealing with her new life? And and why the hell do those guys smell so damn good?! Ashling will have hike up her big girl panties and face a whole new world. One where SHE is the alien, and must learn how to fit in with a culture that is entirely different to her own if she is to survive. Meh, if she can deal with her spoiled man-child of an ex?
