Cara Elizabeth Morganster was a simple girl waiting to be married and have kids. This was all going great until her dad died and her mom told her the most deviating news of her life.

It's 1864 when her father dies at sea, leaving Cara to fend for herself against her mother. Soon after her father dies she is told that her father put the company in her hands yet a women could never run a company (to her mother at least) so she is forced to marry the man she has hated for years, Samuel Banks.
