All is Fair in Love and War... Even for Elves?

Lorelai a girl at the age of 18 lives with her Aunt Rhaine, a very well known healer, at least locally, they are two of the very few who know elves exist.
Everything is peaceful but problems begin to arise when elves begin attacking human carriages and don't let anyone in the forest. Teaming up with her childhood friend and crush, Lief, Lorelai must find the cause of this sudden turmoil. But what can she do when turmoil arises herself when she finds out her Aunt and Lief, two people whom she's always trusted, have lied to her about identity. Can she keep it together through all the lies and deceit, protect the elves and make the proud race stand down or will she end up caught in an imminent clash of races? Only her determination and will can decide fate.
