Of Freedom and Glory

An opportunity opens for Mae Costello to move from Australia to California with her promising chestnut yearling and a few other horses. She takes the opportunity to get her closer to her dream- to win the Kentucky Derby. The chestnut colt would not only get her in the starting gate on the first Saturday in May, but would also reunite her with the once eight year old girl she ran into eighteen years ago on Kentucky Derby Day- Nina Andrade. And that is only the beginning.
