You don't have to have seen the show to understand the book though it would help. The book is set when Luffy is still a kid and therefore the plot is mostly my own. Enjoy!
Shanks decided to docks at a little island with his crew. There he meets a mysterious and intriguing girl who claims she has no name. Despite her protests, the red haired pirate finds himself wanting to get to know more about the girl who he names Emiko. Will he be able to fix the broken girl he is falling for? Will she let him? Will she let him carry some of the burden or continue on carrying it on her shoulders alone?
