All she really knew is that she's empty, and it's been too long, far too long since she's been held. She's desperate. She never meant for her private moments on a webcam chatting site to turn into something that left her with pains in her stomach before she finally cried herself to sleep. She was just looking for someone to call her 'beautiful'. Tilley is seventeen and is facing a sick reality that no teenage girl should be facing and it's all after a careless talk with a stranger she naively granted a bit of trust to. This novel is my attempt at reaching out to the girls who've been used, to the girls who find it hard to wake up in the morning and feel dirty, this is for you. I wanted to write a novel about a very real situation that happens far too often, and is taken far too lightly. Some of this may be triggering and some of it may be hard to read past. This story is for the ones who need to learn that you're more than what you've reduced yourself to thinking you are.
